Jykia Oy is a significant operator in the field of business premises and business park development and ownership in the Jyväskylä region. We have been helping companies with their premise needs for more than 30 years.

Jykia is owned by the city of Jyväskylä and the municipalities of Laukaa and Muurame. It owns approximately 100,000 m2 of industrial, office and warehouse premises in business parks and other central locations. Our premises accomodate approx. 250 companies.
